Rythmos Community+ Wearable
The Pendant V1 Lite Community Wearable, developed in partnership with Intrex, is an advanced monitoring device designed for elderly care. Featuring geo-tracking, fall detection, and emergency alerts, it utilizes a custom mesh network for continuous monitoring within care facilities. Users can trigger alerts with a simple button press, while the pendant automatically transmits their location and health information for swift emergency response. Following the success of V1, Intrex partnered with Brash to develop the V2 Community+ Wearable, which expands functionality beyond the home by integrating GPS and LTE technology for continuous monitoring and emergency support anywhere residents go.
Seamless ecosystem integration.
The Community+ Wearable features a rechargeable battery, seamless device swapping, and over two months of roaming per charge. Integrated with the Rythmos Platform, it enables keyless access, contact tracing, and emergency response via pendants and accessible emergency switches with visual and tactile alerts.
Design and engineering, from the ground up.
Brash designed the Access Reader, including system architecture, firmware, PCB design, and product casing, developing and maintaining the full cloud-based hardware system. The Community+ Wearable features durable IP67 waterproof casings for use during showering or bathing, snap-in mounts for wrist or neck wear, and pogo-pin dock connectors with LED indicators for quick, reliable charging.
